30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Deepsleepsup@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once the return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
If goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any specific reason, regardless of the above. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
